Ingredients of Sandimune Neoral Oral Suspension

Each milliliter contains 100 mg of the active ingredient Cyclosporine, an immunosuppressant.

Indications for Use

Neoral oral suspension is used for:

• Prevention of organ transplant failure or rejection.

• Treatment of organ transplant failure in patients previously on immunosuppressive medications.

• Treatment of endogenous uveitis.

• Treatment of nephrotic syndrome.

• Treatment of severe rheumatoid arthritis unresponsive to conventional therapy.

• Treatment of severe psoriasis unresponsive to conventional therapy.

• Treatment of severe atopic dermatitis unresponsive to conventional therapy.

Dosage of Neoral 100 mg Oral Suspension

• The doctor determines the appropriate dose based on the patient’s condition.

• The dose should be divided into two doses daily.

Neoral oral suspension may cause some side effects, including:

• Low white blood cell count

• Loss of appetite

• High blood sugar levels

Contraindications

Neoral should not be used in the following cases:
