Composition of Diphereline

Diphereline PR injections contain Triptorelin Embonate, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist that helps to:

  • Treatment of precocious puberty

Diphereline 22.5 mg uses

Diphereline PR is used to treat:

  • precocious puberty

Diphereline 22.5 mg injection dosage

  • Diphereline is administered via intramuscular injection.

  • The dose is 22.5 mg once every 6 months (2 times a year).

Diphereline 22.5 mg Side Effects

Possible side effects of Diphereline injections include:

  • Weakness

  • Back pain

  • Tingling or numbness in the feet

  • Excessive sweating

  • Reduced libido

  • Hot flashes

Contraindications

Drug Interactions
