Method of administration:

Swallow whole with water
Do not crush, chew, or cut the tablets
Take once daily, with or without food

Drink plenty of fluids, but avoid caffeine and alcohol, as these can irritate the bladder
Empty your bladder regularly, even if you don't feel the need to urinate
Avoid bladder irritants, such as spicy foods and acidic drinks
Kegel exercises can help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which can help to reduce urinary incontinence
