THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS OF TOPAMAX 100 MG TABLETS
This medicine is used for the treatment of the following indications:
Certain types of seizures in adults and children 2 years of age and above
In combination with other medications in the treatment of some types of seizures in adults and children 2 years of age and above
Prevention of migraine headaches in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and above

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION OF TOPAMAX 100 MG TABLETS
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Doses may change from patient to patient based on your age, your medical condition, and whether or not you are taking other medicines.
Continue taking your medicine for as long as your doctor tells you.
Do not stop taking the medicine or lower the dose without first checking with your doctor. Stopping your medicine suddenly or lowering the dose may cause unwanted side effects or make your condition worse.
Take your medicine before, during, or after food.
Swallow the tablet whole. Do not chew the tablet.
Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.
