How to use:
Exelon Patch:
Apply one patch to the upper back, chest, or shoulder.
Choose a different site each time you apply the patch.
Avoid applying the patch to irritated skin or open wounds.
Replace the patch every 24 hours.
Exelon Tablet:
Take Exelon Tablet with food or milk.
Start with a dose of 1.5 mg twice a day.
Your doctor may increase your dose gradually every 2 weeks, up to a maximum of 6 mg twice a day.
Take Exelon Tablet at the same time each day.

Exelon Patch & Tablet can cause side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and headache.
