Dosage and method of use of Orthocef tablets

Only the doctor determines the dose of Arthosave medication after evaluating the patient's health condition, disease, and the extent of his response to the medication.

Take the tablets with meals or milk to reduce the side effects of the medicine.

Do not stop taking your medication without consulting your doctor, especially if you are taking it to treat malaria.

The dose for treating malaria is 800 mg, followed by 400 mg after 6-8 hours, and then 400 mg after 24 hours and 48 hours.

The preventive dose for malaria is 400 mg every week starting 1-2 weeks before going to the endemic area and for 4 weeks after leaving.

The dose for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is (400-600) mg daily for (4-12) weeks, followed by (200-400) mg daily.

Dosage for systemic lupus erythematosus: 400 mg once or twice daily for several weeks, then (200-400) mg daily. Hydroxychloroquine should be taken with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.
