If a return or exchange is requested before the shipping process, the full amount will be returned to the customer

Products that are not returned or exchanged once received from the customer are:

In the event of a return request: After confirmation, a return bill of lading will be issued and sent to the customer so that he delivers it* to the shipping company with the products in their original condition.

After confirming receipt by the shipping company, the process of returning the amount* minus the shipping value will begin within 5-7 business days.

In the event of an exchange request, a new shipping value will be calculated for the new order.

# In the event that the product arrives incorrectly from the shipping company (excluding refrigerator medicines, milk, and baby food) or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumayaz Pharmacy, please contact customer service, and after confirming the problem, the full amount will be returned to the customer after the product is delivered to the shipping company. .

# If the product arrives unopened, used, or in a condition other than what it was sent in, the return request will be cancelled.

# In the event that the product arrives inappropriately from the shipping company or the wrong product arrives from Al-Jawaher Al-Mumaytaz Pharmacy, we will bear the cost of sending the product to the shipping company’s branch via delivery applications, with a maximum of 20 riyals if it is confirmed that the shipping company’s branch is very far away.

# If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company and the product is returned to us due to non-receipt, the amount will be returned, minus the shipping value, and if he wishes to return the shipping, a new shipping value will be paid.
