Toprazole 20 mg tablets that are used to treat gut burns contain the active substance pantoprazole, which is one of the proton pump inhibitors that acts on the ratio of acids produced in the stomach by binding to the enzyme hydrogen-potassium ATPase or the proton pump, disrupting the production of the last stage of gastric acids, stopping the production of gastric acids at their normal rate.

Toprazole uses

  • Recovery from erosive esophagitis.

  • Reduction of symptoms of esophagitis.

  • Cases of infection with the stomach germ.

  • Indigestion.

  • Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

  • Prevention of bleeding for peptic ulcer sufferers.

  • Prevention of stomach ulcers in cases of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use.

Toprazole side effects

  • Diarrhea.

  • A headache.

  • Gases, bloating.

  • Joint pain.

  • Vomiting, nausea.

  • Stomach pain.

Contraindications to the use of toprazole

Do not use Toprazole for gut burns for heartburn in the following cases:

  • Hypersensitivity to one of the components of toprazole.

  • Children under 5 years old.

  • Hypersensitivity to one of the proton channel inhibitors such as omeprazole, and anosoprazole.

 

 Precautions for the use of toprazole

Toprazole for gut burns tablets are used in the following cases only after consulting a doctor:

  • Lack of vitamin B12.

  • Low blood magnesium level.

  • Osteoporosis.

  • Liver diseases.

  • Pregnancy, lactation.

Storage conditions

  • Toprazole 20 mg tablets are kept at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, out of the reach of children.
