BACTIGRASÂ is a soft, antiseptic paraffin dressing that soothes and protects the wound while helping to reduce wound inflammation and inflammation, has low adhesion and allows the wound to drain freely in an absorbent secondary dressing, and is suitable for covering wounds such as minor burns, cuts, abrasions and graft sites.

How to use
Prior to applying the dressing, the wound should be cleaned with a sterile solution of normal saline, and then a single layer of Bactigras dressing is applied and covered with an absorbent dressing, held in place with tape or a bandage as appropriate.
Safety Information
Do not use in patients known to be hypersensitive to chlorhexidine.
Chlorhexidine is an antimicrobial agent that is active against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria but is ineffective against bacteria, fungi, and viruses. It is more effective against Gram-positive than Gram-negative organisms, and some species of Pseudomonas and Proteus have limited sensitivity.
