Pyrazinamide is an antibiotic used in combination with other drugs to treat TB in the following cases:
Newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis: During the first two months of treatment, it is used along with drugs like rifampicin, isoniazid, and ethambutol.

pyrazinamide dose:
