How to Use Nolvadex?

• Breast cancer treatment (women): 20 mg daily

• Treatment of infertility caused by anovulation: 20 mg daily on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th days of the menstrual cycle; the dose may be increased later

• Primary prevention of breast cancer: 20 mg daily for 5 years in women at moderate or high risk
