Take one Marvelon tablet at the same time every day.

Start taking the tablets on the first day of your menstrual cycle, one tablet daily.

Continue taking the tablets for 21 days, then stop for 7 days (during which lighter bleeding than a normal period may occur) before starting a new strip.
