Luttagen 0.075/0.03 mg 21 tablets, a combined oral contraceptive; taken for 21 consecutive days to achieve its contraceptive effect.

Luttagen Tablet Composition

Each Luttagen tablet contains:

• 0.075 mg of Gestodene
  
  

• 0.03 mg of Ethinyl Estradiol

Luttagen prevents pregnancy by:

• Inhibiting the release of eggs from the ovaries.

• Increasing the thickness of cervical mucus, which hinders sperm movement.

Luttagen Uses

Luttagen tablets are used for contraception in women.

Dosage of Luttagen Tablets

• The recommended dose is one tablet daily for 21 days.

• Tablets must be taken at the same time each day.

• The tablets are not taken during the remaining seven days of the menstrual cycle.

• After that, the 21-day cycle is repeated if continued contraception is desired.

Luttagen Side Effects

Luttagen may cause some side effects, such as:

• Nausea

• Vomiting

• High blood pressure

• Amenorrhea

• Melasma

• Headache

• Breast pain

Contraindications

Luttagen tablets should not be used in cases of:
