Lumify 0.025% is an eye drop solution containing Brimonidine Tartrate at a concentration of 0.025%. It is used to help reduce eye redness caused by minor irritations, such as exposure to dust, smoke, or visual strain. It features a fast onset of action—working within about one minute—and its redness-relieving effect can last for up to 8 hours when used according to instructions.

Directions for Use

  • Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) every 6 to 8 hours as needed.

  • Do not use more than 4 times daily.

  • If using more than one type of eye drop, wait at least 5 minutes between each medication.

  • Contact lenses must be removed prior to application and can be reinserted approximately 10 minutes after administration.

Side Effects

Mild and temporary side effects may occur, including:

  • A burning or stinging sensation after application.

  • Temporary blurred vision.

  • Eye dryness or irritation.

  • Itching or ocular discomfort.

Precautions and Warnings

  • For external ophthalmic use only.

  • Do not use the drops if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

  • Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface to prevent contamination of the solution.

  • Discontinue use and consult a physician if eye redness persists for more than 3 days, or if redness is accompanied by eye pain or vision changes.

  • Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as well as before using for children under 5 years of age.

  • Do not use the product if you are allergic to Brimonidine Tartrate or any of its inactive ingredients.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature between 15°C and 25°C.

  • Keep away from direct heat and moisture.

  • Keep the bottle tightly closed after each use.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

  • Brimonidine Tartrate 0.025%.

Inactive Ingredients:

  • Benzalkonium chloride.

  • Boric acid.

  • Glycerin.

  • Sodium chloride.

  • Potassium chloride.

  • Sodium borate.

  • Calcium chloride dihydrate.

  • Purified water for injection.

  • Sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid to adjust pH.
