How to Use Haldol Injection?

Haldol injection is administered via deep intramuscular injection in the gluteal region.

It is recommended to alternate between the two gluteal muscles for subsequent injections.

The maximum volume per injection site must not exceed 3 mL.

The recommended interval between doses is 4 weeks.
Haldol Side Effects

Blurred vision.

Increased heart rate (Tachycardia).

Contraindications
Haldol injection should not be used in the following cases:
