Directions for Use

• Add 75 ml of water to a clean container.

• Gradually add 5 level scoops of powder (30.5 g), stirring until completely dissolved.

• One scoop contains approximately 6.1 g of powder.

• To prepare 200 ml, use 150 ml of water and 10 level scoops of powder.

It is recommended to prepare the product immediately before consumption. Do not boil or heat in a microwave. Any remaining prepared product should be discarded after 2 hours.
