Ingredients of Axepta
Axepta contains 10 mg of the active ingredient "Atomoxetine," which works as a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. By increasing norepinephrine levels in the nervous system, it improves concentration, attention span, and impulse control.
What is Axepta used for?
Axepta is used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults and children over 6 years of age.
Dosage of Axepta

For adolescents and children weighing up to 70 kg: The starting dose is 0.5 mg per kilogram of body weight daily.

If necessary, the dose can be increased after three days to 1.2 mg per kilogram of body weight daily.

After an additional 2 - 4 weeks, the dose may be increased, if necessary, to 1.4 mg per kilogram of body weight daily or 100 mg daily.

For adults, adolescents, and children weighing more than 70 kg: The starting dose is 40 mg once daily.

If necessary, the dose can be increased after three days to 80 mg daily.

After an additional 2 - 4 weeks, the dose may be increased, if necessary, to a maximum of 100 mg daily.

Axepta can be taken with or without food.
Side Effects of Axepta
Axepta may cause some side effects, such as:

Loss of appetite.

Contraindications
Do not use this medication in case of:
