Lie on your left side, keeping the left leg straight and bending the right leg forward for balance.
Gently insert the applicator tip into the rectum, maintaining steady and sufficient hand pressure while dispersing the bottle content.
The entire bottle content should be administered within 30–40 seconds.
Once the bottle is empty, withdraw the applicator tip while keeping the bottle compressed.
The rectal suspension should be retained in the colon. Stay relaxed in the administration position for 5–10 minutes, or until the urge to pass the rectal suspension has disappeared. It is recommended to try to retain the enema overnight.
