Zyrtec syrup dose for children from 2 - 6 years: 2.5 mg twice daily (1?2 teaspoon twice daily).
Zyrtec syrup dose for children from 6 - 12 years: 5 mg twice daily (teaspoon twice daily).
Zyrtec syrup is not used for infants younger than two years.
