- It is used to treat scalp psoriasis.

Usage Instructions:
- Etrifix 500 mcg/g Shampoo should be applied directly to a dry scalp once daily, taking care to cover the lesions well and massaging them in.
- An amount equivalent to about ½ tablespoon (about 7.5 ml) per application is sufficient to cover the entire scalp.
- The total dose should not exceed 50g per week.
- For dermatological use on the scalp only.
- After use, Etrifix 500 mcg/g shampoo:
- It should remain in place without covering it for 15 minutes. Hands should be washed carefully after application.
- After 15 minutes, the product should be rinsed well with water and/or the hair can be washed with an additional amount of regular shampoo if needed to facilitate washing.
- After that, the hair can be dried as usual.
- The duration of treatment should be limited to a maximum of 4 weeks.
- Once clinical results are observed, applications should be spaced out or, if necessary, replaced with an alternative treatment.
- If no improvement is observed within four weeks, a reassessment of the diagnosis may be necessary.
- Repeated courses of Etrifix 500 mcg/g shampoo may be used to control exacerbations provided the patient is under regular medical supervision.
Warnings and precautions:
- Hypersensitivity to corticosteroids.
- Therefore, cobetasol propionate is not recommended in patients with hypersensitivity to other corticosteroids.
