Description

Tobrex drops for the treatment of eye inflammation containing the active substance tobramycin, an antibiotic that reduces the rate of capture of bacterial infection, its spread. 

Tobrex uses

  • Treatment of keratitis as a result of bacterial infection.

  • Eye injuries such as conjunctival injury of the eye.

  • Preventive treatment after eye surgeries.

Tobrex Side effects 

  • Eyelid swelling.

  • The eye itches.

  • Redness of the eye.

  • Blurred vision.

  • Light sensitivity.

  • Eye burning sensation.

Contraindications to the use of tobrex

Do not use tobrex drop for the treatment of eye inflammation in the following cases:

  • Do not use tobrex drop in conjunction with other topical drugs.

  • It is used to treat bacterial infections only, it cannot be used to treat fungal or viral infections.

  • Hypersensitivity to one of the components of tobrex.

Precautions for using tobrex

  • Tobrex drop is used in the treatment of bacterial infection in the eyes of a pregnant, lactating woman only after consulting a doctor.

 

Storage conditions

  • Tobrex drops are kept at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, out of the reach of children.
