Renastart mixing instructions

1. Wash hands thoroughly and sterilize all equipment and preparation surfaces.

2. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool for no more than 30 minutes (ensuring the temperature remains at least 70°C).

3. Measure the required amount of cooled, boiled water into a clean container.

4. Add the prescribed number of level scoops using the provided scoop, leveling off each scoop with a clean, dry knife.

5. Return the dry scoop to the can.

6. Cap the container and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.

7. Test the temperature on the wrist before feeding (it should feel lukewarm or cool, not hot).

8. Do not use artificially softened water or water that has been re-boiled. Dosage and concentration must be determined solely by a physician or dietitian based on the patient's condition.
