500 mg paracetamol: Analgesic and antipyretic.
2 mg chlorpheniramine: an antihistamine, helps relieve symptoms of allergies and colds.
30 mg Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride: One of the decongestants, it helps relieve nasal and sinus congestion by narrowing congested blood vessels.
