Kinesiology Therapy Tape is specially designed for athletes, utilizing advanced technology to provide comfort and support for conditions such as neck pain, knee or ankle sprains, and more. It enables athletes to achieve peak performance with minimal discomfort while supporting the recovery process.

Kinesiology Tape Benefits

  • Designed for Athletes: Provides support, stability, and comfort during every workout or competition.

  • Advanced Technology & Premium Materials: Features superior adhesion and elasticity, ensuring it stays securely in place while accommodating a full range of motion.

  • Targeted Relief: Provides comfort and support for back strain, neck pain, elbow injury rehabilitation, or knee and ankle sprains.

  • Injury Management: Treats various injuries, allowing athletes to perform at their best while reducing discomfort and enhancing recovery.

Kinesiology Tape How to Use?

  • Thoroughly clean the application site with soap and water.

  • Ensure the skin is completely dry before applying the tape.

  • For areas with excessive hair, consider trimming or shaving to improve skin contact.

  • Determine the appropriate tape length while the target area is in a stretched position to account for full range of motion.

  • Round the edges of the tape strips to prevent premature lifting and extend wear time.

  • The tape should extend 5–7.5 cm beyond the target area to provide proper anchoring.

  • On removal, remove the tape slowly and carefully while supporting the skin with your free hand.

  • Use oil or an adhesive remover if the tape is difficult to remove. Never rip the tape off quickly, as this may damage the skin.

How long can you keep Kinesiology Tape on?

Typically, it can be worn for 3–7 days, depending on your activity level and skin sensitivity. Most users find optimal benefits after 3–5 days of wear.

Can you shower with the tape on?

Yes. High-quality Kinesiology Tape is water-resistant. After getting it wet, gently pat it dry instead of rubbing it vigorously.

How much should the tape be stretched during application?

Most applications generally require a 10% – 50% stretch:

  • Pain Relief: 10% – 25% stretch.

  • Support: 25% – 50% stretch.

  • Lymphatic Drainage: 0% – 15% stretch..
