Flutiform Ingredients
Each puff of Flutiform contains the following active ingredients:

250 mcg Fluticasone Propionate: A corticosteroid that helps reduce swelling and inflammation in the lungs.

10 mcg Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate: A Long-Acting Beta-2 Agonist (LABA) that keeps the airways in the respiratory system dilated (open).
Flutiform Uses
Flutiform is used to control asthma symptoms and prevent attacks. A physician may also prescribe it for other related respiratory conditions.
Flutiform 250 Dose
The physician determines the appropriate dosage for Flutiform.

Usual Dose: Two puffs twice daily (two in the morning and two in the evening).

Important: This inhaler is not to be used to relieve a sudden, acute asthma attack (rescue use).
How to Use the Flutiform Inhaler?

Remove the mouthpiece cover and ensure it is clean and free of dust. Shake the inhaler immediately before releasing each puff.

Breathe out slowly and as deeply as possible.

Hold the inhaler upright, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and wrap your lips firmly around it. Do not bite the mouthpiece.

Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth; simultaneously, press down on the canister to release one puff.

Hold your breath for as long as comfortable. Finally, remove the inhaler from your mouth and exhale slowly. Do not breathe out into the inhaler.

Keep the inhaler upright for about half a minute, then shake it again before repeating steps 2 through 5 for the second puff.

Replace the mouthpiece cover.

Contraindications
Do not use Flutiform 250 in the following cases:
