Otipax Ear Drops,16 G is an ear drop solution used to relieve pain and inflammation in the middle ear. It is suitable for children over 6 months of age and adults, under medical supervision.
Otipax is used to relieve ear pain caused by certain types of middle ear inflammation, provided the eardrum is intact, in both children over 6 months and adults, such as in cases of:
Acute congestive otitis media.
Viral bullous otitis.
Barotraumatic otitis (due to pressure changes).
Note: The safety and effectiveness of this medication have not been established for children under 6 months of age.
Recommended dosage:
Instill 4 drops into the affected ear two to three times daily.
Instructions for use:
For use in the ear only.
Warm the bottle in your hands before use to reduce the cold sensation.
Gently squeeze the dropper to instill the drops into the ear.
Treatment duration:
Do not use for more than 10 days. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Do not use Otipax ear drops in the following cases:
Perforated eardrum due to infection or trauma.
Allergy to any of the ingredients.
May cause local reactions such as:
Allergic response.
Irritation.
Redness in the ear canal.
