Method of administration:

 

Riapanta 40mg should be taken once a day, with or without food. The tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing or crushing.

Eating smaller, more frequent meals

Quitting smoking

Elevating the head of the bed at night

Wearing loose-fitting clothing
