Composition of Sclera

Sclera contains the active ingredient Dimethyl Fumarate, an immunomodulator that helps reduce the symptoms of multiple sclerosis.

Sclera tablet uses

Sclera is used to treat relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in adults and children aged 13 years and above.

Dosage of Sclera

• Initial dose: 120 mg twice daily.

• After 7 days, the dose is increased to 240 mg twice daily.

• The doctor may temporarily reduce the dose due to side effects.

• It is preferable to take the medication with food.

Side Effects of Sclera

Sclera may cause some side effects, such as:

• Flushing or warmth.

• Diarrhea.

• Nausea.

• Abdominal pain.

• Decrease in white blood cell count.

Contraindications

Do not use the medication in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components.
