Entresto is used to:

• Reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization in adult patients with chronic heart failure.

• Treat symptomatic heart failure with systemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction in children aged one year and older.

Entresto 200 mg Dosage

• Adult starting dose: 49/51 mg twice daily.

• Maintenance dose: 97/103 mg twice daily.

• Adult doses should be adjusted every 2 to 4 weeks to reach the target dose as determined by the doctor.

• The doctor may reduce the starting dose by half in some cases, such as kidney or liver impairment.
