Laxocodyl 10 suppositories for pregnant women are used in cases where the therapeutic benefit outweighs the risk to the fetus.
There are no studies on its use for nursing mothers.
Its use in cases of the elderly may aggravate colon problems.
Laxocodyl for Adults 10 mg 10 Suppositories:
5-15 mg once / daily by mouth.
30 mg orally once a day to completely empty the intestines.
Children over 12 years old:
5-15 mg orally at bedtime.
Children from 6 to 12 years:
5 mg (or 0.3 mg / kg) before breakfast.
Keep the temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, out of the reach of children.
