What is Arginal?

Arginal is a dietary supplement containing 1000 mg of L-arginine, an amino acid found in red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products.

Inside the body, L-arginine transforms into nitric oxide, which dilates blood vessels and stimulates the release of growth hormone and insulin into the body.
